About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team in Makkah. This full-time leadership position is crucial for managing procurement operations within the construction and real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction projects.
Manage RFQ/RFP processes and analyze technical and financial proposals.
Oversee contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate for optimal pricing and contractual terms.
Coordinate directly with project management to ensure adherence to timelines.
Supervise and develop the procurement team.

Supply management
Contract management
Negotiation
Price analysis
Supply chain management
Construction projects
Building materials
Supplier management

Qualifications and Requirements

Relevant academic qualification (Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).
A minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement for contracting and real estate development.
Direct experience with major construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
Possession of a strong supplier network and an effective database.
Experience with ERP systems.
