Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to align with the company’s annual business plan.
- Prepare and oversee the materials purchasing budget based on production targets.
- Review shipment plans for imported materials and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal prices and conditions while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with finance on purchasing invoices and contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and maintain updated records of regulations.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Purchasing, preferably in the Processed Food / Meat Industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and train staff effectively.
