About the Role

Egis is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join its consulting team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves identifying, analyzing, and mitigating organizational risks across various client engagements. The role requires close collaboration with senior consultants and clients to develop comprehensive risk management strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for client organizations across diverse areas.
• Develop and implement tailored risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Identify, document, and prioritize risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Analyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measures.
• Stay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
• Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, COSO, or equivalent methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with risk management software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry-specific risk landscapes.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of codes and safety standards in Saudi Arabia is required.
• Professional certifications such as PRM, ARM, FRM, or CRM are preferred.
• Background in enterprise risk management (ERM) or consulting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery frameworks is preferred.
