Accor is seeking a Room Attendant (Saudi National) to join the team at Raffles Makkah Palace in Makkah. Raffles Makkah Palace is known for its high standards and Arab hospitality, offering 219 Suites & duplex Villas with views of the Masjid Al Haram, the Holy Ka'aba, and the city. The hotel features four dining outlets, a spa, a fitness center, and meeting rooms.

Role Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guestrooms and ensuring a professional and engaging service experience. This full-time position reports directly to the Floor Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
• Clean assigned guestrooms, including dusting, making beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning inside windows.
• Replenish rooms with necessary supplies.
• Sign master keys in and out daily.
• Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Update and record all cleaned rooms.
• Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Report any necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience is required. Previous guest service and/or Housekeeping experience is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
