About the Sales Admin & Ops Sr Coord Role
PepsiCo is seeking a Sales Admin & Ops Sr Coord to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, specifically supporting operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting sales operations and driving efficiency within the sales function. PepsiCo is a global leader in beverages and convenient foods, with a portfolio including brands like LAY'S, DORITOS, CHEETOS, GATORADE, PEPSI, and QUAKER, enjoyed over a billion times a day worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Admin & Ops Sr Coord will be responsible for several key areas to ensure smooth sales operations and performance tracking:
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPIs related to market execution, infrastructure, sales, and other parameters. Support the development of Sales AOP and I&GP Plans by analyzing sales KPIs and volume trends. Partner with frontline sales and sales leadership to enhance the organization of sales information and prepare ad-hoc reports and business analyses as required.
- Sales Productivity Projects: Support the Sales Productivity Agenda by implementing periodic activities. This includes ensuring the monthly freshness report is consolidated and that sales management is informed of market freshness status. Provide periodic updates on market stales, stales spend versus budget, and highlight key market challenges. Conduct periodic checks in the field to verify the implementation and accuracy of freshness reports and stales control processes. Support the Cartons Recycling initiative to achieve budgeted savings and ensure periodic tracking of sales team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Provide support to the frontline sales team for the proper implementation of the RC project and assist the Sales Operations Manager with HC efficiency and optimization projects.
- Control Agenda: Support the control agenda for the OTC cycle in conjunction with the COSO/SOX Lead. Ensure all OTC Processes, procedures, and policies that define business operations are in place and are periodically amended based on control and risk assessment workshops. Ensure periodic COSO Testing is conducted by Control and Process Owners, evaluating the effectiveness of controls. Support the COSO lead in conducting Control Workshops to build awareness of processes, policies, procedures, and risks within the OTC Cycle. Assist the COSO lead in conducting Risk Assessment Workshops to identify routine risks, document control objectives, and ensure the implementation of agreed-upon action plans. Support the COSO lead in identifying Non-Routine and Fraud Risks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational ability, with the capacity to manage a large workload.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Very good proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
- No travel restrictions.
- A results-driven approach, with performance measured against specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined timeframes.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective persuasive communication skills, characterized by clear, fluent, and concise communication that gains agreement and commitment.
- Demonstrated integrity, fostering mutual trust and consistency with company ethics and values.
- Ability to execute and operationalize a business strategy.
- University Graduate status.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows applications.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
