About the Sales Executive Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional to manage sales activities for assigned customers, focusing on selling a wide range of company products. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers according to group channel guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities within the sales area and suggest appropriate responses.
  • Prepare and obtain necessary approvals for special order requests, including pricing, designs, and quantities, from both customers and the company.
  • Ensure special orders are prepared in full quantity for customer delivery without leaving stock at the warehouse, unless approved by Sales Management.
  • Collect invoices in accordance with the company's aging policy.
  • Prepare all required documents for market visits and business reviews before scheduled calls.
  • Maintain professional business relationships with customers.
  • Revisit lost customers to identify opportunities for regaining business if hindering conditions have been resolved.
  • Open new accounts on JDE or CRM, ensuring all required documentation (VAT, CR, National Address, CIS, etc.) is adhered to.
  • Transfer a maximum number of accounts to the ECOM online platform, train customers on its utilization, and monitor performance to prevent sales volume loss.
  • Identify and register new potential customers in the assigned area based on CRM data.
  • Sell to potential customers by offering appropriate product line combinations and closing gaps.
  • Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
  • Prepare QRAs for customers on JDE or ECOM and discuss them with the Team Leader.
  • Enter customer orders into the JDE system, ensuring compliance with CDs, CLs, and pricing policies.
  • Submit daily collection reports to the distributor or accountant.
  • Issue returns for quality issue products or incorrect orders, obtaining approval from concerned parties.
  • Report any customer problems or objections that cannot be handled to the team leader.
  • Review customer collectibles on a monthly basis with the Team Leader and conduct required SAFs, matchings, or write-offs.
  • Conduct balance confirmations three times per year, obtaining customer signatures/stamps, and work on reconciliation with accounts.
  • Conduct trials for new product developments with specific customers in the assigned area and report factual findings.
  • Comply fully with Napco's code of conduct and company instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar and related field. A minimum High School degree is required. An acceptable level of English proficiency and computer literacy is also necessary.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role involves active market visits and customer engagement within the assigned sales area.
