About the Role

United International Group is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and strategic management of facilities across its portfolio. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a leader with expertise in facility operations, team management, budgeting, compliance, and project execution, with an expected experience of 5-10 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repair, security, and support services.
• Ensure the efficient operation of critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices for facility management.
• Lead and manage facility teams, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff, and oversee external contractors.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, including operational and capital expenditures, and optimize spending.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop long-term facility management strategies aligned with business objectives and analyze performance for improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, including leadership responsibilities, is required. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and facility regulations is essential. Proven experience in budget management, vendor management, and project execution is necessary. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected. Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use facilities environments is preferred.

This is a full-time position located within the Makkah Region, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves leading high-impact facility operations and contributing to the growth of a dynamic organization.
