About the Role

The Saudi National Bank (SNB) is seeking a Senior Officer Technology Asset Management to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role is central to overseeing the comprehensive, end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management, compliance, and optimization of hardware, software, and related IT resources, aligning all activities with SNB’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal, in adherence to SNB’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive and current inventory of all IT assets, encompassing hardware, software, licenses, and components, conducting regular reviews and audits for accuracy.
• Ensure all IT asset management activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, supporting software license agreement compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor asset utilization to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and resource optimization, providing insights to enhance asset performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage asset acquisition, tracking, and reporting, serving as a primary contact for asset-related inquiries.
• Prepare detailed asset management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review, tracking asset performance, compliance, and lifecycle metrics.
• Support IT governance, risk, audit, and compliance initiatives related to asset management, ensuring proper documentation and naming standards are maintained.
• Assist with technology refresh, upgrade, and decommissioning activities to ensure alignment with business needs and the overall IT strategy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in IT Asset Management, preferably within a large enterprise or financial institution.
• Demonstrated experience with IT inventory management tools, asset repositories, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts.
• Experience in IT governance, audit, risk, or compliance-related activities is considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management principles and practices.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
