About the Role

Saudi Airlines is seeking a Senior Specialist Strategy & Performance to join its team in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic plans.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist Strategy & Performance will play a key role in translating high-level strategies into actionable initiatives. This involves conducting research and analysis to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to drive effective implementation and continuous improvement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic plans for the Holding company.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor the progress and performance of strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports on strategic plan execution and performance metrics.
• Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective strategy implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategic objectives and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or Economics.
• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
• At least two of those years must be in a directly relevant function.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah Region, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah.
