About the Showroom Sales Consultant Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our full-time team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position is integral to our sales operations, focusing on customer engagement and achieving sales objectives within our showrooms.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial welcome to transaction completion and follow-up. This includes presenting vehicle features, explaining financing options, and ensuring a professional customer experience while adhering to company policies and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers and provide a professional customer experience from arrival to departure.
• Register walk-in customers and maintain their information in the CRM system.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively explain vehicle features and specifications.
• Clearly explain available financing schemes and options to customers.
• Complete sales transactions in accordance with company regulations and procedures.
• Ensure customers understand applicable after-sales procedures and policies.
• Follow up with customers and update their status in the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, prices, offers, and competitor activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Required Experience

• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
