About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall business performance of the store.

• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships with customers and create future potential selling opportunities.
• Provide effective team leadership and foster development within the team.

Required Experience
