About the Role

Alandalus Education is seeking a Strategic Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Strategy Department. This full-time role, based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is crucial for driving informed decision-making and enhancing performance efficiency across the organization and its various branches.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will leverage practical experience in strategic planning, corporate performance management, data analysis, and business intelligence. This position involves developing and managing the performance metrics system, analyzing operational and strategic data, and transforming complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support strategy execution and organizational performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) framework and the Balanced Scorecard.
• Monitor departmental and branch performance, analyzing deviations from set targets.
• Support the preparation and ongoing monitoring of strategic and operational plans.
• Prepare periodic reports and executive presentations on organizational performance for executive management, committees, and the Board of Directors.
• Collect data from diverse systems and platforms, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
• Design and develop interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, derive insights, and formulate recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop automated reports and enhance the efficiency of data collection and reporting processes.
• Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis across various branches and departments.
• Contribute to the development of organizational performance management tools and platforms.
• Assess departmental needs and translate them into specific analytical requirements, reports, and dashboards.
• Support digital transformation projects related to organizational performance, leveraging artificial intelligence and automation tools for improved reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational performance management, business intelligence, data analysis, or business analysis.
• Certified KPI Professional (CKP) or Certified KPI Practitioner (CKP) certification.
• Proven experience in developing strategic plans or monitoring their implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards.
• Experience in preparing professional reports and executive presentations for senior management, committees, and the board of directors.
• Ability to transform data into strategic insights that support decision-making.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, with the ability to prepare professional reports and executive presentations in both languages.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience using digital platforms and enterprise performance management systems, with the ability to leverage technology for monitoring and reporting efficiency.
• Experience in multi-branch organizations or the education sector is preferred.
• Preferred Certifications: Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or professional certifications in Business Analysis or Business Intelligence.
• Preferred Experience: With ERP systems and enterprise performance management platforms.
