About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer Provider Commercial Performance & Reporting professional to join their team in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on managing commercial performance through accurate reporting and analysis.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to manage and enhance reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring the delivery of accurate commercial analysis aligned with financial objectives. This position plays a crucial role in consistent KPI monitoring, tracking savings, and supporting data-driven decision-making through reliable reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct three annual forecasting sessions with three different regions, managing 2-day physical sessions for each.
• Prepare session materials and forecasted Net Billing, ensuring alignment with the Actuarial team.
• Perform accurate commercial analysis of key metrics impacting profitability for PR Operations, Finance, and Actuarial teams.
• Reconcile Credit Notes and key metrics with Finance Operations.
• Manage PR dashboards in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring formula quality and adding new tabs to support business requirements.
• Ensure team compliance with internal processes, including Late Submission, FWA, and Release of Reserve.
• Track Price Increase (PI%) metrics on a monthly basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A strong analytical background is essential for this role.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across regional teams, including virtual platforms.
• Leadership skills to effectively lead forecasting sessions and coordinate teams of up to 20 members.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah.
