About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Tourism Manager to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in tourism management, focusing on developing and overseeing travel programs and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Research, explore, and study various travel destination options, including prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel.
Handle and oversee all travel arrangements, including air and lodgings.
Determine client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
Manage and maintain trustworthy relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers.
Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, and import/export regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.
Manage the entire travel program and suggest improvements and innovations.
Develop and promote tourism within the region.
Identify different target markets and design appropriate packages to meet their needs.
Manage tourism operations, including staff supervision and development.
Establish tourism offices internationally.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant tourism management position. A strong understanding of travel logistics, destination research, and client relationship management is essential.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in researching travel destinations and related information.
Ability to develop and implement strategic travel policies.
Strong negotiation skills for contracts and rates with service providers.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Knowledge of travel regulations, documents, and insurance.
Capacity for staff supervision and development.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role involves managing comprehensive tourism programs and fostering international partnerships.
