Role Overview

The VIP & Hospitality Experience Senior Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of the VIP product at Al-Ahli Club Company. This role oversees the entire lifecycle, from the sale of premium packages to the delivery and renewal of the hospitality experience. The Specialist ensures operational excellence across all VIP and hospitality areas, including Sky Boxes, Gold sections, and corporate hospitality, working to consistently exceed client expectations and drive strong renewal rates.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate all VIP and hospitality areas, including Sky Boxes, Gold sections, and corporate hospitality, ensuring premium standards are consistently met or exceeded on every matchday.
• Manage the full VIP product lifecycle, encompassing sales, delivery, and renewal, to achieve commercial targets and high client satisfaction.
• Establish, enforce, and continuously elevate quality standards across all VIP sections, maintaining a hands-on presence during matchdays to resolve issues in real time.
• Oversee the complete F&B experience for VIP and hospitality areas, from menu planning and vendor coordination to service execution and quality control.
• Manage accreditation for all VIP and hospitality areas, ensuring adherence to Club, league, and federation requirements.
• Monitor VIP performance metrics, including occupancy, client satisfaction, F&B quality, and renewal rates, providing regular reports to the Head of Matchday.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the VIP offering, introducing new premium products, and improving the hospitality experience based on client feedback and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and delivering premium experiences for high-net-worth clients and corporate guests.
• Hands-on experience with F&B operations, vendor management, and quality assurance within a hospitality environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with accreditation systems and VIP area management is highly desirable.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
