The Waiter Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage services to guests within Plaza Premium Group's airport lounges in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring the high quality, presentation, and safety of all food and beverage items, while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared working environment to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.
• Serve food and beverage items in accordance with established service standards and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage service areas.
• Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation consistently.
• Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked with appropriate serving utensils.
• Comply with all applicable hygiene, food safety, and health regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Support the service team during peak operational periods when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• A high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience (0-1 years) in hotel, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage.
• Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work shift duties as operational needs dictate.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based at airport locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires working in a dynamic airport environment and involves shift duties to support continuous operations.
