Civil Engineer

About the Role

Taj HR is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the execution and supervision of civil construction projects, requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for on-site supervision and monitoring of civil works, ensuring projects adhere to approved drawings and specifications. The role requires strong technical knowledge and coordination skills to manage various aspects of construction projects in Yanbu.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, materials, and overall workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and site procedures.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervision and construction.
• Strong understanding of civil works, construction methods, and engineering standards.
• Demonstrated communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
