About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a QA/QC Lead to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to develop, implement, and manage quality assurance and quality control processes for building construction projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans tailored to the unique requirements of building construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate QA/QC processes into project schedules.
Conduct regular quality control inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
Establish and enforce standards for materials and workmanship in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the use of approved materials.
Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on QA/QC performance.
Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QA/QC procedures, standards, and best practices.
Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability on the project site.
Stay informed about relevant local and international regulations and standards.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control within building construction projects. A strong understanding of project-specific QA/QC plan development and implementation is essential.

Required Skills

Proficiency in conducting quality control inspections and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to establish and enforce material and workmanship standards.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed QA/QC records.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse project stakeholders.
Knowledge of local and international regulations and industry standards.
Experience in conducting training sessions on QA/QC procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, where the QA/QC Lead will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
