The Role of Quality Assurance Engineer

Majd Yanbu Industrial Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining and enhancing the company's quality management systems and ensuring product excellence. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring effective closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor product quality, manufacturing processes, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints, leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality KPIs, work to reduce defects and scrap, and improve overall product quality.
• Supervise and contribute to the development of the Quality Assurance team.
• Prepare quality performance reports and present results to management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
