About the Graphic and Marketing Manager Role

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Graphic and Marketing Manager to join its team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves developing and executing marketing strategies to position the hotel as a market leader while ensuring adherence to the Kempinski brand standards. The role requires a blend of creative execution and strategic marketing oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the hotel's media and marketing plan under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with external agencies and determine the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the hotel's marketing budget.
  • Create and execute marketing initiatives, including collateral production, promotions, advertising, market analysis, and photoshoots.
  • Plan and implement direct marketing efforts, both online and offline, and maintain the guest database for mailings.
  • Collaborate with the F&B department to promote outlets and create promotional materials.
  • Manage picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park & VFMLeonardo) and ensure content and images for websites adhere to Corporate Identity guidelines.
  • Act as a brand custodian for the hotel and the Kempinski brand, ensuring all creatives are reviewed and approved by Corporate Marketing.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, creative agencies, and suppliers.
  • Proactively promote hotel activities, including rooms, food and beverage, banquets, and conferences.
  • Conduct regular competition checks, benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and tools to enhance learning and make recommendations.
  • Provide administrative support for the Marketing office when necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in hotel marketing is required.
  • Experience in a media agency is beneficial.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient understanding of marketing principles, concepts, tools, and practices.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with creative software such as Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
  • Local language proficiency is required.
