About Transmed and the Role

Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Food Service division. This full-time position is based in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, focusing on developing business within the foodservice sector.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and grow the Foodservice business with both new and existing accounts. The Sales Executive will manage their own customer base, ensuring high customer satisfaction through comprehensive product knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise existing and new customers on the company's product portfolio and provide tailored culinary solutions.
• Attend product demonstrations and actively seek customer feedback to enhance offerings.
• Understand customer buying motives to propose appropriate and effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers.
• Proactively seek and develop business with new customers across the assigned geographical area.
• Grow sales volumes with existing customers through strong relationships and technical consultancy.
• Collaborate effectively with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure high service levels post-order.
• Ensure all receivables and collections are managed within agreed payment and credit terms.
• Collect payments from customers, particularly in instances of cheque payments.

Product Expertise

The role requires the development and maintenance of a strong, up-to-date product knowledge. This expertise is crucial for advising customers on technical product details and various product applications, enabling the provision of comprehensive solutions.

• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.
• A strong passion for selling food items.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position within Transmed's Food Service division, located in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct engagement with a diverse customer base and collaboration with internal operational teams.
