Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses strong communication skills and leads by example.
- Can analyze data and motivate teammates.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office.
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds and work shifts up to 12 hours.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
