Join Salasa as an Operations Supervisor!As a key player in our logistics team, you will oversee daily fulfillment center activities, ensuring that performance targets are achieved in terms of productivity, quality, and service level agreements (SLAs). This role fosters an environment of continuous improvement by managing returns and coaching warehouse associates while utilizing data tools for efficiency optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage all store metrics, including productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Lead weekly performance review preparations and presentations with the Amazon team.
- Conduct analyses of key performance metrics, including productivity and quality, to identify areas for improvement.
- Review and optimize pick paths to enhance efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Implement Kaizens focused on improving store performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with inbound and outbound SLAs, handling escalations as necessary.
- Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ASIN consolidation.
- Utilize Excel and Amazon tools effectively to drive performance.
- Oversee performance management and provide coaching to associates for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 35 years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in structured warehouse environments, with exposure to inbound, inventory, and outbound processes.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English) preferred; proficiency in English is essential.
Working Conditions:Work is conducted in a warehouse environment which may require standing, walking, and lifting. Shift work and weekend/holiday availability may be needed based on operational requirements.
