About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Manager Technical Infrastructure Specialist to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Eastern Region, and involves overseeing critical infrastructure components across various domains.

Role Overview

The Manager Technical Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high availability, service reliability, and compliance with SLAs for infrastructure services. The role requires a strong leader with extensive technical expertise, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. This position also involves driving automation and integrating AI-enabled operational efficiencies, including a forward-thinking approach toward AI and Agentic AI adoption in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for Data Center Infrastructure, Server & Virtualization Platforms, Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), Linux & Unix Platforms, Deskside Support Services, SOC, NOC, Storage, and Backup.
• Ensure the availability and operational readiness of enterprise infrastructure.
• Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis processes.
• Maintain system uptime, performance, capacity, and reliability across all infrastructure components.
• Establish and maintain service levels aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor and achieve SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets.
• Lead major incident management and service restoration activities.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reports on service performance.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service management processes.
• Maintain a strong cybersecurity posture for infrastructure services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies through automation and AI.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing technical infrastructure operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Center, Servers, Networks, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, SOC, NOC, and Endpoint management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and complex IT operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service management processes.
• Experience with automation and AI adoption in IT operations is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a dynamic IT environment focused on maintaining high availability and reliability of enterprise infrastructure.
