About the Role: Service Center Technician (Saudi National)

Alfa Laval is seeking a Service Center Technician to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and involves contributing to the service center's operational excellence and supporting team performance. The role requires a strong understanding of repair processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and performance within the team/shift, with an emphasis on waste elimination.
• Act as a liaison between the team, support functions, and the team manager.
• Develop key processes and tools for the team.
• Address competence gaps through training, coaching, and conducting SOP audit dialogues.
• Collaborate with the team manager to control quality, manage deviations, and halt service execution when necessary.
• Provide immediate problem-solving support to team members as needed.
• Support and participate in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing initiatives with other Alfa Laval service organizations.
• Coordinate, plan, and support the daily work of the team/shift (optional).
