About the Role

The الجمعية الخيرية لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالجبيل (Charitable Society for Quran Memorization in Jubail) is seeking a dedicated Quran Teacher to join its team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to teaching the Holy Quran and fostering Islamic values within the community.

Role Purpose and Context

The Quran Teacher will be responsible for guiding students through the memorization, revision, and recitation of the Quran within the society's study circles. This role involves active participation in student development, ensuring a structured and disciplined learning environment, and upholding the ethical standards of Quranic teachings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person Quranic instruction, focusing on memorization, revision, and proper recitation within the society's circles.
• Develop and implement academic plans for students for each semester.
• Maintain discipline among students within the study circle and ensure adherence to scheduled times.
• Embody and promote the noble ethics and values of the Holy Quran.
• Instill positive values and good morals in the students of the Quranic circles.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate effectively with the assigned supervisor for the study circle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of five parts (Juz') of the Holy Quran memorized.
• Proficiency in the rules of Tajweed.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• At least a high school qualification.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This full-time role requires a commitment of four working days per week, typically from Sunday to Thursday. Compensation is provided per teaching period, with a reward of 1600 SAR for the Asr period and 1200 SAR for the Maghrib period.
