About the Role

The الجمعية الخيرية لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم بالجبيل is seeking a dedicated Governance Specialist to join its team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position crucial for upholding the organization's commitment to robust governance practices and operational integrity.

Role Overview

The Governance Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws, contributing to the overall effectiveness and transparency of the Association's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare an annual plan for the Governance Unit.
• Develop governance-related policies and procedures, and monitor their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws, and submit periodic reports.
• Evaluate committee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor governance-related projects to support the Association.
• Identify risks and analyze operational gaps.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Regulations, Rights, or a related field.
• A minimum of six months of experience in the field of governance.
• Demonstrated good conduct and behavior.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with computer usage.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid administrative business skills.
