About the Role: Immigration Specialist

EY is seeking an Associate - Immigration Specialist to join its Talent Team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the delivery of visa and immigration processes for employees across the MENA region, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) mobility requirements. The role reports to the MENA Business Travel Leader and involves coordinating immigration activities, assisting employees with queries, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end visa and immigration processes across the MENA region, with an emphasis on KSA requirements.
• Coordinate with applicants, government authorities, and external vendors to facilitate timely processing.
• Provide guidance to employees on visa procedures, documentation, and timelines under supervision.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for secondees and business travelers.
• Support visa renewals, extensions, and related mobility requirements.
• Prepare and review immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date records and trackers for visa and mobility activities.
• Support adherence to KSA and MENA immigration laws and internal policies.
• Liaise with employees, HR teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
• Assist in processing immigration-related expenses and vendor invoices.
• Support the tracking and reconciliation of costs.
• Provide timely and accurate support to employees regarding immigration queries.
• Escalate issues as required and support their resolution in a proactive manner.

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in immigration, HR operations, or coordination roles.
• Exposure to visa processes within KSA and/or the MENA region.
• A basic understanding of labor and immigration compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
