The Assurance Manager/Sr. Manager Role

Ratimah Public Accountants & Auditors is seeking an Assurance Manager/Sr. Manager to lead assurance engagements. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Riyadh Region. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and review of audit and related assurance work for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage engagement teams throughout the assurance process.
  • Oversee risk assessments and ensure adherence to professional standards.
  • Review working papers and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients to address their needs.
  • Provide insights on financial reporting, internal controls, zakat, tax, and VAT compliance.
  • Address complex technical accounting issues.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying service opportunities, supporting proposals, and nurturing client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in external audit, assurance services, and accounting, including the application of local and international standards.
  • Proven ability to manage engagement teams, review work, and mentor junior professionals within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent skills in client communication, relationship management, and presenting complex financial and tax concepts clearly.
  • High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment in resolving technical and operational issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in audit and accounting software, general office applications, and documentation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment and professional ethics, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Experience and Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in assurance or audit services. The position requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial and tax compliance.
