Role Summary

La Petite Maison (LPM) is seeking a Barback for Le Café LPM in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Barback will provide essential support to the bartender, ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service, thereby enabling the bartender to focus on guest interaction and drink preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of bar products, equipment, and setup procedures.
• Ensure the bar is consistently stocked, organized, and ready for service both before and during operational hours.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and presentable bar area throughout the entire shift.
• Sustain a consistent pace and focus from opening to closing without compromising service standards.
• Provide support to the bartender and the broader team, maintaining a positive presence and being available where needed.

Reporting Structure and Team Dynamics
