Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a Data Analyst to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to leveraging data for strategic insights and supporting category management within Al-Dawaa Pharmacies.

Purpose of the Data Analyst Position

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the extraction, manipulation, and analysis of complex datasets. The primary objective of this position is to inform business decisions and optimize performance across various categories by providing data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced tools to extract, clean, and manipulate large, complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources, including ERP systems, point-of-sale data, and market syndication.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to effectively track daily, weekly, and monthly category Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, inventory turns, and market share.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into category performance, assessing the Return on Investment (ROI) of promotional campaigns, pricing elasticity, and product assortment efficiency.
• Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide proactive and actionable recommendations to the Category Management team.
• Partner closely with Category Managers, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to translate complex data findings into strategic, easy-to-understand business narratives.
• Assist in forecasting category trends, demand planning, and identifying seasonal shifts through the application of statistical and predictive modeling techniques.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Entry-level career experience (0-1 years).
• Saudi nationality is required for this position.
• Residence in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
