About the Traineeship

GE Vernova is offering a 12-month Field Services Engineer Early Career Trainee program in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This traineeship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing an opportunity to gain practical experience within the energy sector. The program focuses on accelerating the path to reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy solutions.

Program Overview

This traineeship with the GE Vernova team offers hands-on experience through challenging projects. Participants will engage with industry professionals and learn from experienced individuals in the business. The program aims to develop capabilities in field services and technical support within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide testing, commissioning, and technical support to customers, encompassing site, office, and factory activities. This includes on-site services, remote support, product inquiries, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations.
Receive, record, and analyze customer repair and technical support requests using provided software tools.
Collaborate with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, and customers to minimize request closing times, adhere to legal and commercial agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with customers to understand their installed base data and provide recommendations for upgrades, repairs, and other technical solutions.
Facilitate the implementation of recommendations and solutions at customer sites by coordinating with factories and repair centers.
Prepare technical documentation, including test reports, repair reports, findings, solutions, and general technical reports.

Duration and Experience

This is a 12-month internship program. Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience, as this role is structured for early career development.
