Lower Elementary Teacher

About the Role

مدارس المجموعة العالمية (ISG) is seeking a qualified and passionate Lower Elementary Teacher to join its educational program. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region, specifically in Al Khobar and Dhahran, and involves delivering an American-based curriculum to elementary students. The role requires a commitment to student safety and an active, student-centered approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with established curriculum goals and objectives.
• Implement an active, hands-on, and student-centered program to promote learning among elementary students.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records, grades, and other required documentation.
• Evaluate and grade student classwork and assignments, and administer examinations.
• Observe, monitor, and record student progress, responding appropriately to individual needs and abilities within the classroom.
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions effectively.
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, materials, and instructional methods.
• Stay informed of developments in the field through current literature, professional conferences, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Support district and school initiatives with professionalism.
• Demonstrate creativity in teaching approaches.
• Serve on academic or administrative committees addressing institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
• Provide supervision for student after-school activities or serve as a coach/assistant coach for athletic teams.
• Maintain a safe learning environment for both students and staff at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal and/or assistant principal.
