Job Summary

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Principal Specialist for Scheduling/Planning to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves ensuring the timely development and completion of project milestones through effective scheduling and coordination. The specialist will apply specialized knowledge to address complex problems and contribute to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and complete job progress milestones through comprehensive scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement and material managers regarding essential supply items.
• Liaise with engineering work group leads to ensure alignment on project needs.
• Establish and provide priorities for projects to guarantee timely completion.
• Perform schedule analysis to contribute to forecasts and disbursements.
• Solve complex and unique problems using specialized knowledge and skills.
• Interpret internal and external issues to develop and implement best practices.

Leadership and Guidance

Under general direction, the Principal Specialist may direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
