The Role of Recreation Attendant

Accor is seeking a Recreation Attendant to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves providing personalized service to guests utilizing the recreation facilities. The Recreation Attendant is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience through attentive service and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the pool areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and assist with their needs, including issuing towels, chaise lounge covers, and assisting with set-up for chaise lounges and cabanas.
• Remove used towels and debris from pool deck areas throughout the day.
• Deliver detailed and personal service in a luxury, upscale, and fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the pool area maintains a high standard of cleanliness, proper set-up, and controlled ambiance.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all wellness and recreation services, activities, amenities, and hotel features.
• Promote and upsell wellness and recreation offers to maximize sales revenue.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties, setting up the pool according to established standards and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role operates within a dynamic hospitality setting, requiring interaction with guests and adherence to service standards.
