About the Sales Representative Role

AMICO Group is seeking a Sales Representative specializing in Neurology products for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop their sales career in the healthcare sector.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales forecasts and collection targets for assigned Neurology products. This involves identifying and developing sales opportunities within a designated territory, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers, and effectively promoting AMICO's product portfolio. The role also requires diligent follow-up on order processing and collections, providing ongoing customer support, and reporting on competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customer preferences, business potential, and competitor actions within the assigned territory.
  • Develop sales forecasts and action plans for Neurology products that align with company strategies, subject to supervisor review and approval.
  • Represent AMICO as an authorized partner to sell Neurology products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with target customers and key business players to identify sales potentials, promote, and sell assigned products.
  • Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns relevant to the territory and accounts.
  • Provide essential customer in-service support.
  • Ensure skillful technical support to customers, following up on customer satisfaction regarding equipment system installation, start-up, utilization, and maintenance.
  • Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, sales potentials, and competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, including surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical staff.
  • Assist doctors and staff with the installation and setup of equipment.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: While 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred, fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for sales will also be considered.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Communication: Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Persuasion: Effective persuasive skills to drive sales outcomes.
  • Business Acumen: A keen understanding of business principles with a natural flair for sales.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The role involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals and requires a proactive approach to territory management and customer engagement.
