About the Role

Cander is seeking a Technical Lead AI Chatbot / GenAI for a 1-year onsite contract role in Al Khobar. This position focuses on driving the design and delivery of advanced AI chatbot solutions utilizing Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Role Overview

The Technical Lead will be responsible for setting the technical direction for chatbot development. This involves guiding a small engineering team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of these advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI chatbot solutions.
• Guide engineers in building complex workflows using concepts like LangGraph and MCP.
• Establish and enforce technical standards across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of business requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client discussions and progress updates.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in engineering practices and solution design.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong experience in Generative AI and AI solution design.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with LangGraph and a solid understanding of MCP concepts.
• A strong background in Python development.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to AI orchestration tools or LLM frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise-level AI or chatbot projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Work Context

This is a 1-year contract position requiring onsite presence in Al Khobar, Eastern Province.
