About the Role

BotMind Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Lead / AI Solution Architect to define the technical direction and guide the delivery of its insurance AI Assistant Platform. This senior leadership position requires a practitioner capable of shaping strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement in design and architecture.

Role Overview

The AI Lead / AI Solution Architect will be responsible for setting the technical vision for the insurance AI Assistant Platform, overseeing its development from architecture through to production. This role involves strategic planning, technical leadership, and hands-on architectural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the AI strategy and delivery roadmap for the insurance AI Assistant Platform.
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for AI initiatives.
• Lead the selection and evaluation of foundation models.
• Design and implement the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach.
• Provide governance, security, and compliance oversight for AI-generated outputs.
• Manage stakeholders and offer technical leadership to the engineering team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and cloud platforms.
• Strong solution architecture skills.
• Demonstrated ability in client-facing interactions and stakeholder management.

Work Environment and Team

This is a full-time position. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to building a flagship enterprise AI product from its inception. The technology stack is modern, built on LLMs, RAG, and vector databases. The team is collaborative and distributed across Riyadh, Dubai, and Beirut, with flexible and remote-friendly working arrangements.
