About the Role

Alhazem Real Estate Development Company is seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on engaging with clients and driving sales for our real estate projects. The role requires a professional with strong communication and persuasion abilities to build lasting customer relationships.

Position Summary

The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for professional outreach to current and prospective clients, presenting real estate projects, and converting inquiries into tangible sales opportunities. A key aspect of this role involves customer follow-up and scheduling appointments for sales consultants, ensuring a seamless client journey from initial contact to potential sale closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via telephone with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Present real estate projects and services professionally.
  • Convert interested customers into actual sales opportunities.
  • Book site visit appointments for sales consultants.
  • Follow up with customers regularly until the sales process is completed.
  • Update customer data within the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Maintain call quality and adhere to customer service standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and General Requirements

  • Saudi national.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Full-time commitment.
  • Ability to work from the company's office in Al Khobar.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience in telesales or customer service.
  • High-level communication and persuasion skills.
  • Tact and professionalism in dealing with diverse customers.
  • Clear speaking voice and a distinctive, modern communication style.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in using CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Preferred experience in: Telecommunications, Banking, Financing, Real Estate Development, or Call Centers (Customer Service and Telesales).
