Join Our Team as a Finishing Supervisor!
Safwat Al-Khaleej is looking for a talented Finishing Supervisor to lead our projects in Dammam/Khobar. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in finishing works, decoration, and landscaping. We seek someone who will ensure the highest standards are met in the final stages of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works (both interior and exterior), decoration, and landscaping activities.
• Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and control wastage while ensuring workforce productivity.
• Conduct inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions as required.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to solve any finishing-related issues.
• Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

• Arab National .
• 10+ years of experience in finishing, decoration, and landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car (mandatory for site visits).
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
