About the Auto Denter Role

Western Auto Company is seeking a skilled Auto Denter to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to their original condition, ensuring high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose and Work Environment

The primary purpose of this role is to perform high-quality dent repairs on various vehicle models. The position operates in an environment where technical skills are applied daily, requiring hands-on experience and collaboration with other professionals. The team emphasizes open communication and continuous improvement in repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality dent repairs on various vehicle models using specialized tools and techniques to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, identify areas needing repair, and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
• Utilize paintless dent repair (PDR) techniques to efficiently remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest repair technologies and techniques through ongoing training and workshops.
• Document all repairs and services performed on each vehicle, ensuring accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Assist in training new team members on repair techniques and shop procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an Auto Denter.
• Demonstrated technical skills in vehicle body repair and restoration.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and techniques for dent repair, including PDR.
• Ability to inspect damage, provide accurate estimates, and maintain quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle restoration quality.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
