The Role of Area Sales Manager II

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II to join its team in Dammam or Riyadh. This full-time position involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products. The role requires continuous monitoring and review of team performance to ensure objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and control van sales operations within the designated sales areas.
• Effectively manage the sales team to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for Almarai products.
• Continuously monitor and review the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure the efficient operation of sales activities within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and direct sales operations.
• Experience in monitoring and reviewing team performance.
