About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. This involves taking initiative in guest interactions and maintaining high standards of service and presentation within the dining environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Cleaning work areas and supplies to maintain hygiene standards.
• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capacity to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, including managing menus.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required for this role.
