The Role of Operations Director

WIKA Group is seeking an accomplished Operations Director to oversee and lead its plant operations in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position calls for a strategic leader who will hold full accountability for the plant's operational performance and overall results, contributing significantly to the company's regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the corporate strategy specifically for the Saudi Arabia plant.
• Provide strategic leadership with complete accountability for plant operations and responsibility for achieving defined results.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and take ownership of efficiency improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

• A technical university degree is essential for this role.
• Candidates must possess very good language skills in both English and Arabic.

Essential Experience

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant operational or management capacity. A critical requirement for this position is prior production management experience gained specifically within Saudi Arabia.
