About the Role

Amazon is seeking an OTR Supervisor to join its dynamic Delivery Stations team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and contributing to Amazon's commitment to customer service, supporting teams responsible for stowing, picking, packaging, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure team safety and promote Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Uphold high standards of process quality and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements and streamlining initiatives.
• Share and promote best practices with colleagues and across the network.
• Manage OTR metrics by overseeing ground processes and ensuring compliance.
• Conduct station vehicle safety audits.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for external contractors.
• Analyze OTR metrics challenges, partnering with DSPs and stakeholders to provide solutions.
• Manage incentives and conduct uniform auditing and inventory.
• Handle daily operational communications with DSP POCs and escalate issues as needed.
• Address Delivery Station callouts related to DSP Delivery Associates.
• Arrange and follow up on DAY0 attendance.
• Contribute to a positive experience for DSPs and Delivery Associates.
• Streamline feedback from DSPs to improve processes and develop solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Capacity to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English.
• Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query design.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle, Workday), or proven experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role requires working a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, nights, and holidays. The standard work week is 40 hours, with overtime as needed. The position involves physical demands such as lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
