About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is crucial for overseeing the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines, requiring a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Control Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive control and management of projects throughout all phases. This includes detailed project planning, scheduling, continuous monitoring, accurate reporting, effective change management, and overall control.

• Ensure consistent application of project controls processes across the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage project governance to maintain robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work, particularly within integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.
• Oversee schedule management and cost management activities.
• Manage change processes and key resources.
• Handle proposal management, including bidding decisions and costing management, alongside strategic planning.
• Interface with all internal department heads to assemble a timeline project execution program.
• Ensure the Project Controls team produces timely weekly and monthly reports detailing progress, actuals, forecasts, and explanations for variances, adhering to the project and company reporting calendar.

Technical Standards and Processes

Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with National and International standards, as well as Saudi Aramco Standards. A working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/set-up work processes is essential for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

This position requires a Project Control Manager with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in project controls, specifically within the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines.
