About the Role

IC İçtaş İnşaat / IC İctas Construction, a global entity with over 50 years of experience in diverse projects, is seeking a Project Control Manager for a road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in project controls within large-scale infrastructure development.

Project Control Manager Responsibilities

The Project Control Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of project timelines and budgets. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing project control strategies, utilizing Primavera P6 for monitoring.
• Conducting regular project performance reviews, analyzing metrics, and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets based on market analysis and historical data.
• Leading risk management activities, including identification, mitigation strategy development, and contingency planning.
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically as a Project Control Manager, overseeing planning, cost control, and reporting.
• A total of 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.

Technical Skills and Language Proficiency

Essential technical skills and language capabilities include:

• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
