Esnad Contracting is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Control Manager to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on ensuring successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.

The Role of Project Control Manager

The Project Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project control, including planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance monitoring. This role is critical in providing comprehensive reporting and analysis to support effective decision-making and project execution across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules, monitoring project progress against approved plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs and conduct thorough variance analysis between planned and actual expenditures.
• Perform detailed schedule analysis to identify critical activities impacting project delivery timelines.
• Conduct delay analysis and propose corrective and recovery actions to mitigate impacts.
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track and evaluate change orders, assessing their impact on both project cost and schedule.
• Prepare KPI reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning.
• Support project management in forecasting, budgeting, and critical decision-making processes.
• Identify project risks related to schedule and cost, developing robust mitigation plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with project controls procedures, standards, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Control.
• Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
• PMP, PSP, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Tools

• Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, forecasting, and reporting methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance measurement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various project reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic team environment, contributing to the successful delivery of diverse projects for Esnad Contracting.
