The Role: Purchasing Specialist Tamheer

TechnipFMC is seeking a Purchasing Specialist Tamheer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary purpose of this role is to execute procurement strategies for assigned goods and services, ensuring that quality, cost-effective products are delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill inquiring and purchasing activities within established timeframes and budget.
• Ensure all necessary information for issuing inquiries is readily available.
• Verify that purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and report any discrepancies to the Project Procurement Manager.
• Expedite bids to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct all negotiations directly with vendors.
• Prepare purchase order documents accurately and on time, ensuring quality control.
• Contribute to the recovery of amounts with important clients related to back-charges already communicated to vendors.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
