About the Role

Napco National is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to quality assurance processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The QC Inspector will be responsible for a range of quality control activities. This includes inspecting and testing various materials and products against established standards, operating production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributing to decision-making processes through data analysis and reporting.

• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products using laboratory equipment.
• Ensure adherence to performance and standard limits, as well as engineering and procedural standards.
• Operate production machines following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.
• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from various sources to assist in decision-making.
• Create reports based on evaluated and analyzed results.
• Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for quality incidents or non-conforming products.
• Suggest preventive and/or corrective actions for quality issues.
• Communicate business-related information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written business contexts, with proficiency in national and foreign languages being an asset. The role requires the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and generate reports to support operational decisions. Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations is essential.

Experience and Qualifications

This position is designed for individuals with minimal prior experience, requiring 0-1 years in a relevant field. A foundational understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes is beneficial.

Work Location and Type

The role is based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. This is a full-time employment opportunity.
